Dr. Daichi Takahashi, a research fellow at the Research Institute for Interdisciplinary Science, received the Best Presentation Award for Young Scientists at the Chugoku-Shikoku Branch of the Biophysical Society of Japan !

Dr. Daichi Takahashi, a research fellow at the Research Institute for Interdisciplinary Science, received the Best Presentation Award for Young Scientists at the 15th Annual Meeting of the Chugoku-Shikoku Branch of the Biophysical Society of Japan.
This prize is awarded to one of the most outstanding presentations in the young scientist category at the meeting. The award was given to Dr. Takahashi for his presentation on bacterial actin MreB, which drives the swimming motility of Spiroplasma.
Upon receiving the award, Dr. Takahashi said, “I am very honored to receive this prestigious award. I'd like to continue to make efforts for the development of the society“.
